Can I cancel my order?
It's okay to cancel your order as long as you haven't sent your payment. Exceptions are made only if you make a mistake in ordering.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is FREE within US for any item you purchase. If you live outside the US, I do ship internationally. Just contact me
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. However the website is set to ship in the US only so contact me if before you purchase. Shipping fee varies depending on where you live and what you purchase.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed. Though you might get your items sooner than that most of the times. Items are shipped from oversea (outside the US) that's why it takes some times for them to reach you. If you already placed your order and would like to cancel it because of time issue , send me an email and I'll refund your payment.
How come some items are out of stock so quickly?
The items are out of stock very quickly especially new and popular items. If that happens to your order, I'll be more than happy to refund the payment to you or you can pick something else.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes, I do. This wholesale offer is for those who're interested in re-sell the merchandise. Minimum order must be $200. Quantiy for each item must be at least 10.
